The Podcasting Skills Course provides you with the inside information that will help you successfully launch your own show. This class, created by Derrick Story, who has 14 years of podcasting experience, including creating podcasts for Apple and Adobe, plus his own ongoing shows: The Digital Story and The Nimble Photographer.

This introductory course covers podcasting basics that will get you up and running quickly. Topics include:

• Getting Your Show on Apple Podcasts, Google Play Music, Stitcher, and More

• The Ins and Outs of Advertising and Sponsorships

Each module is recorded and will be available for download for each class participant.

This class is designed for those who have no podcasting experience and who want to learn best practices from a seasoned professional. Participants can join the class from any Internet-connected computer, tablet, or even smartphone. Regardless of how you join the class, you will receive the full set of HD videos from that day’s training.

Also included with your tuition is a follow up one-on-one session where we can discuss the particulars of your project or get feedback on work that you’ve done. The one-on-one will be scheduled within 2 weeks of the course.

The cost per seat is $249. Tuition is non-refundable since the course videos will be sent to all paying participants regardless if they join live on Oct. 12, 2019.
